A Response To My Previous Reflection.

A few hours ago, I asked myself — here — what’s 1 thing that I can do to push through during hard times.

Today, I needed to get a workout done that included 100 Burpees.

I HATE Burpees and it was the only reason why I didn’t want to work out.

So I thought this:

Which muscle groups are mainly trained with Burpees? Turns out pretty much all.

The next question:

Which muscle groups do I want to develop the most RIGHT NOW?

The answer:

Chest + Quads.

So instead of doing Burpees, I did 50 push-ups and 50 squats.

Facing that workout I felt way more motivated.

At least for working out I seem to have found an answer to the question from above. Nice!
